Tri-level spacious condo located in the Eden Ridge development right in the heart of one of Maine's most beautiful areas for outdoor activities year round.

Located on a hillside overlooking Bethel, this condo provides impressive views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Eden Ridge Condos are the ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts, with easy access to world-class skiing, Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and more. Sunday River and Mt Abram are both only a 10 min drive away. The charming downtown area of Bethel is less than a mile away, offering delicious restaurants and bakeries, shopping, bowling alley and movie theater.

The interior of the condo is inviting and well appointed, with a large living space and plenty of seating, expansive windows with lots of natural light.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new modern appliances, including an induction stove and microwave speed oven, k-cup and traditional coffee maker available.

There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each has a queen size bed and ample closet space. The larger room has a top XL twin bunk over the queen (Bunk bed is solid wood and rated up to 2000 lbs) and pull out twin trundle bed. Sleeping setup in this room is ideal for families and kids.

All TVs in the condo are smart TVs and condo has high speed wireless internet.

There are 2 Full bathrooms with all towels and linens provided for guests and a washing machine and dryer on the lower level for guest use.

Snow removal: Includes plow service and shoveling during snowfall.
Parking: Rental includes use of the garage along with two spots in front of garage and additional guest parking throughout the development
Smoking: Property is non-smoking.
