~Security Deposit~
A $500 security deposit will be collected upon booking. The full amount will be refunded after checkout, provided there are no charges for damages or excessive cleaning.
~Vacationing with Pets~
✓ We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, as well as agreeing to Pet Rules required.
✓ Contact us for pet approval before submitting the booking request.
✓ Select "I'm traveling with pets" so the pet fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay) is properly included in the booking amount.
✓ We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls.
~Refunds~
We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.
