"We had a great time at this property. It was clean, new, and had everything we needed plus more. It’s only a 5 minute drive into town as well. The only things about this property that needs to be improved are the interior doors. Half of the doors couldn’t be closed properly, including the bathroom door. "

"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. "We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. "

"We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time! "We had a lovely stay; people loved the little arcade in the basement as well as the sauna. There's a great swing set at the edge of the property that looks out into a marsh and it's so beautiful to just sit there and enjoy nature. "

"The property is great, clean and perfect for extra space for family. Unfortunately, there was a power outage, obviously not the fault of the property management , but we had no refrigeration or hot water for half of the rental period. Also the two garbage cans were full to the brim upon our arrival.
