Welcome to THE PINK HOUSE!

***Special 4 or 5 day rental block available for Summer 2025: Check-in Friday, June 17 and depart Tuesday, July 1 (or Wednesday, July 2)***

This single-family house is just 100 steps to a private beach located in North Bethany Beach, ‘the quiet resort’. Renovated in 2021, this 4 Bedroom, 2 full baths + 1/2 bath + outdoor shower is perfect for your next vacation. The house is located in the serene Tower Shores community, which boasts some of the cleanest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, and is close to the Indian River Inlet and Delaware State Park. Plenty of fishing and water activities nearby.

WALK TO THE BEACH! It's a short walk from the house to the dunes crossover. You can leave your blankets, chairs and sand toys at the beach during the day and walk back to the house to make lunch, take a break and grab a cold drink!

There are great restaurants within a short drive, and Matt's Fish Camp (casual upscale seafood restaurant) is within walking distance and receives rave reviews! The community playground is 1/2 block away and there’s green grassy space directly in front of the house for use (corn hole games, soccer, etc.).

The Pink House sleeps up to 10+ guests and features an compact but efficient kitchen with gas stove, living room with two large sofas, dining room with large table, 2nd floor recreation room with TV and game areas, sunroom, two large decks with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

PARKING: The house comes with two assigned parking spaces, plus there is plenty of guest parking to accommodate overflow guests.

LINENS ARE INCLUDED!!! This rental includes all bedding, bath and beach towels = stress free packing for vacation!

This beach house was originally built in the 1950's (one of the first Bethany Beach historic A-frame houses) and it has been expanded upon multiple times over the years. As a result, the layout is funky with lots of alcoves and nooks and a ton of character. Note: the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are on the smaller side given the age of the house, BUT the living room on the main level is spacious and great for entertaining. Plus, the house has a secondary living space on the 2nd floor with a recreation room (sectional couch with TV and a 3-in-1 game table), so the house lives large since adults and kids can spread out on different levels.

Children are welcome! A portable booster seat with tray table and pack ‘n play is available at no additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: 3 -night minimum during the off-season (Thanksgiving & Christmas have 4-night minimums). From Memorial Day to Mid-June there is a 4-5 night minimum. During the peak season (Mid-June through Labor Day), there is a 7-night minimum and check-in/out is on FRIDAYS to allow for thorough cleaning and linens service. Thanks!

Discounts are available for long-term stays (2+ weeks).

Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and MUST BE PRE-APPROVED before the booking is made ($300 applicable pet fee). Unfortunately, Cats and other pets are NOT allowed. Message the Property Manager for dog approval prior to booking.

- 3rd Floor small TV area for the kids with bean bags.

BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1 (located on the main level): one QUEEN bed with small bathroom attached (shower only, no tub)
- Bedroom #2 (located on the 2nd floor): one QUEEN bed with direct access to Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #3.
- Bedroom #3 (located on the 2nd floor): one KING bed with direct access to Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #2.
- Bedroom #4 (located on the 3rd floor): two FULL beds and two TWIN beds. All four beds have access to a 1/2 bathroom (vanity sink & toilet only, no tub/shower).

- Bathroom A: Small bathroom, single vanity and shower (located on the main level, adjacent to Bedroom #1)

A Real Gem
In addition to being immacualtely clean, this home had all the features one could want or need. A pretty, private beach is steps away and the owners provide all the items to enjoy on the beach, including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and childrens' toys. Inside, the home is attractive, sunny, and well-furnished. In addition to the comfortable furniture and the variety of appliances, the home is well stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, paper products, spices, and other helpful items. There are a variety of restaurants and attractions nearby for both adults and children and the neigbors are quiet and friendly. Lastly, Cat was helpful and responsive to all our inquiries. As we departed, my wife was already talking about re-booking another trip to the Pink House.

Perfect location, cozy house
We’ve stayed in Tower Shores three times now. The Pink House was the best of them all. The house was equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail was amazing. It’s a very cozy home where you can find a quiet spot even if you’re with a large group. The owner was extremely attentive to every question or concern we had. It was the perfect place for our family getaway.

Another great visit to the pink house!
This was our second year staying at the Pink House and it did not disappoint. We love the location - it's so easy to get back and forth to the beach, and the layout is great for families. There's enough space to gather together but also offers room for the kids to hang out on their own (they love the third floor!) The house is clean and well maintained, and Cat keeps it stocked with all of the essentials. We're already looking forward to next year!

A great wedding weekend!
This was a beautiful and well appointed house. Everything we could have wanted or needed was supplied for us. The kitchen had spices, condiments and every small appliance you could need. The bedrooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Everything we needed to know was in the house binder. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

This house has it all
Very well appointed house with great use of space. The communication of what to expect was very thorough and when we had a tiny issue with a faucet there was help at the ready which was appreciated. We had one teen and two older adults in our party and every one loved the house and all of the lovely places to sit. The furnishings are top notch and the sweetest space is the sunroom. Loved our stay.

Best Rental Ever
This house was, without a doubt, the best VRBO/rental/etc I’ve ever stayed at. You can see how nice the house and the location is from the pictures, but here’s a few things they can’t tell you. The house is the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever seen. Any thing we could think of (cooking utensils, beach games, coffee, Bluetooth speakers(!?), towels, tumblers, the list goes on) was available (with plenty to spare) in a logical spot and ready to go. The house was so well laid out for a beach trip - big open common areas and seating/tables everywhere you might need them. The furniture was so nice - it was very difficult to even get off the couches and go anywhere, they were so comfortable. This was no bare-minimum rental with cardboard-feeling furniture and tacky decorations. Parking was plentiful and easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive to every question we had. All of this made the stay feel like we were at home from the moment we walked in. Can’t wait to come back.

Awesome Stay
We stayed at the Pink House in June 2023 and had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we could want and need for our stay. We had 8 adults in the group and as the listing indicates, the bedrooms are on the smaller side but we had plenty of space in the multiple living areas so we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. You couldn't ask for a better location to the beach and the owners provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to lug it all back and forth. Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Pink House to others and would definitely stay there again.

A very pleasant vacation house close to the beach !
The property is very clean, well furnished and arranged, well equiped from kitchen gear to beach equipment. We noticed three minor problems, though: 1) In the second floor master bedroom, the TV has no power; 2) In the first floor bedroom, the bed sheets were too small for the bed. 3) A bolt needs do be replaced in the storm door sping.

Pink House Fantastic Despite Ophelia
Tropical Storm Ophelia impacted weather at the Delaware beaches but our family time wasn’t dampened at the Pink House. What a beautiful home! I often doubt that photos honestly represent homes online. In this case, I don’t think they showed how great it is. The game area was perfect for the rainy days. There were many places for family to break off for games, tv or quiet conversations. Sure I wish it didn’t rain but glad we stayed here—safe, sound and fun!

Beach access by foot!
The property was presented as advertised -- clean, well-supplied, and close to the beach. We brought our pooch and definitely made use of the easy access to the beach. If you are a person/family that prefers a lot of privacy that you might expect from a house, know that this property is nestled among townhome complexes. It did not affect us as we stayed during the off-season. The neighbors (presumably owners?) that we met were friendly and appreciative of K-9s ...which we loved. This was our first trip to Delaware. We had a fun time kayaking and visiting the sites. All attendants in the area were pleasant and friendly.

Healing @ Pink House
After a challenging year, I cannot say enough about the Pink House! This was our 2nd stay in this wonderfully appointed beach house, and, again, I did not want to leave; it's like your own little slice of paradise, with everything one could possibly need in the house! We even enjoyed rainy days, relaxing on the veranda or playing board games, pool, and air hockey. As an added bonus, local deliveries are conveniently accessible, great restaurants and eateries are within a couple of miles, and the beautiful ocean, with a private walkway are steps away from the entrance to the Pink House! Already looking forward to our next visit!

A well-stocked oasis
I booked this property for a beach trip with 7 coworkers and it was everything we could ask for and more! It was one of the best managed/stocked/ammenitied rentals any of us have ever stayed in. They thought of everything, from the layout of the space which encourages conversation, to the condiments and spices supplied in the kitchen, to the mouth wash, body wash, and a blowdryer included in the bathrooms, and even chairs/towels for the beach! Everything was so well organized and easy to find. Even when we experienced a couple issues with locks, the property manager Cat was quick to respond and help. Only minor note is that the lights/fans in the second floor rooms were a bit hard to figure out so instructions might be helpful. But overall excellent stay, highly recommend!!
