Vacation just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools in this third floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanside condo! This resort getaway's one-level design features a balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. One reserved parking space.


Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Good but dated furniture
Kitchen was updated and nice. Furniture was old and not comfortable especially the couches. Master bed was great kids beds were stained and very uncomfortable. Toilets ran and ran after flushing, one handle broke during our stay. Flies all over the unit when we arrived but that might have been due to the cleaners leaving the doors open while they were working. The unit needs new furniture then I would recommend.

Arrival and access to the unit was easy and convenient. We have been staying with Sea Colony for years and once again the unit was not cleaned to the standards we expected for the price being paid. I placed a call to management and a woman named Donna politely called me back to hear my complaints. I was told the cleaning fee would be refunded and I am still waiting on that refund!! Donna also stated that she was a covering manager and the assigned manager for Sea Colony property would be calling me back to address my issues. No phone call from a manager for that property was returned all week. Its understandable that help is difficult to find and many of the ancillary staff members are younger adults who are temporary for the summer season. This is not my first go around with the cleanliness of a rented unit at Sea Colony. However, just emerging out of a pandemic, cleanliness should be your number one priority. For what the consumer pays at this resort, housekeeping should not be an issue. My suggestion would be a training session for your hired help during your peak season of rentals. We enjoy your property but there is always room for improvement. Thank you.
