Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Great View comes with Deferred Maintenance
Spectacular views, but the deferred maintenance and mishmash of décor and furnishings make it impossible for a spectacular review. The good; the views of the ocean and the amenities of Sea Colony is what made our vacation a good one. The washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator were all in good working order. The bad is the deferred maintenance of the condo. It is so glaringly in contrast of how well the Sea Colony complex itself is being maintained. The condo has closet doors off the tracks in the blue secondary bedroom, a difficult to use tub faucet in the hall bath and for the sink in the half bath, a missing cover on the non-working bath fan and missing hand rail in the main bathroom, the loose and damaged ceiling tiles in the kitchen and baths, the dirty air returns throughout, the missing kitchen drawer, the hanging lamp over the small table is broken and stuffed on top of the hutch, dirty windows throughout, wall sconces that don’t produce more light than a nightlight in the hall, broken drawers in the main bedroom dresser, dirty grout on all the floor tile, and the broken backing on the stove where the nobs are. The ugly: the lack of storage for visitors belongings, the outdated paint colors, too much furniture compounded by a poor layout of the furniture, in the kitchen there were not enough pots to cook with, or drinking glasses that didn't come from a restaurant. We will return to Sea Colony, not this condo. I'm out of characters to finish the review

Great location, community, amenities!
Loved Sea Colony community! We will definitely come back here for vacation. This unit was a little dated and could be a little cleaner, but the vacation was otherwise great.

Worn out
When we got into our room at 5:30, the room was a mess. Dirty. Food laying on the counter. Trash bags on the floor. Beds with used sheets and undone. That was eventually cleaned and the room was usable. However, there were wholes in the ceiling. Light fixtures falling from the ceiling (because it was taped up). The furniture was worn out and filthy. We had to put sheets over the couches because they were that dirty. The place was more than just dated. It was a mess for the amount of money that it cost. The layout of the room was good and the view was awesome. The grounds at Sea Colony are very well maintained. This unit however was very poorly maintained.

Great location and view; unit, not so much
Location and view of ocean unbeatable, but unit is old and needed updating. Air conditioner broke and couldn’t be repaired. 2 back room had a strange strong odor. 2 of 4 burners on stove worked. Toaster oven tempermental. Very basic kitchen equipment. Bathroom old. But the price was right. Wouldn’t have paid a penny more.
