Bethany Beach Delaware oceanfront vacation
Our vacation at the Sea Colony in Bethany Beach was very good. The oceanfront condo was very well appointed, the view from the balcony was great, and the owners were very helpful and attentive to our needs and gave us great ideas for local restaurants. Walking on the beach and on the boardwalk is always relaxing for us, and it was just steps from the condo. We would recommend this condo to all who want to enjoy Bethany Beach, and would definitely rent the same condo when we return to Bethany Beach.

This is a great vacation spot! Walking distance to night life, restaurants, CVS, and most importantly a Dunkin ! Everyone was friendly and service at all the places we went was superb!

We visited for Thanksgiving and had a great time! The condo was super clean and convenient. We had everything we needed and were able to really relax with the oceanfront view. Wonderful!!!

Fantastic condo
The condo is beautiful and very well cleaned and maintained. The location is great. Chad and Rosanne are very hands-on and make sure that everything is perfect. I have stayed here several times before and will certainly do so again.

We enjoyed the well appointed accommodations with many updated touches. The view of ocean is perfect!! Access to the pool, beach and parking spot were very convenient. The owners thought of many small details and gave helpful suggestions throughout our stay. We each left relaxed and with wonderful new memories!

This property is the perfect getaway. From 1 to 101 they have you covered. Playgrounds for the kids, and handicap wheelchairs for the beach. This unit is immaculate and very well appointed. High end finishes and beautifully furnished. Definitely planning a return trip!

Both the property and the property owners were outstanding as my family spent a week there towards the end of March. The property is well-maintained and in a perfect location. Just a few blocks from main downtown area and just steps from the beach. The property owners were gracious in sending us their suggestions and recommendations on where to go and eat. A piece of paradise!!
Enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Lovely view from the balcony. Enjoyed exploring the area. Found a great restaurant on Route 54 in Fenwick Island called the Lobster Shanty. Great lobster dinner special if you get there early ... once it (the Lobster) is gone it's over. This rental is close to many restaurants and shops ... and very close to the beach. How can you go wrong! Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with others.

Amazing Oceanfront View and Beautiful Home!
Rosanne and Chad have thought of everything you need. They are very helpful and just a text or email away. 504 Chesapeake is a lovely location with gorgeous views of the water. The sunrises are spectacular! Beds and furnishings are comfy and high quality. The home was meticulously cleaned before I arrived. I would highly recommend this condo as a great place to relax at the beach!
