Welcome to Bethany Proper, a family-friendly community in the beach resort of Bethany Delaware. 313C Holly is just 3 blocks from the beach, and only steps to the large community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. This updated four bedroom unit comes with two full baths and one half bath plus enclosed outside shower. Main level consists of the kitchen, dining, living area, bedroom and 1/2 bath-laundry. Upstairs you will find a private bedroom/bath, two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. No smoking. Nice outdoor living space with Rattan cushioned furniture.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Bethany Proper is a great location for our family! It’s the second time we have rented in this community. It is close enough to walk to the beach at a reasonable price. We would rent this house again.

This unit is excellent, clean, comfortable, well-furnished and equipped. The development has a really good pool. We were able to check in early, and everything went smoothly. A very enjoyable stay!
