"Great accommodation! Our stay at this holiday rental was great. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The location was ideal for beach location, and easy access to all the local attractions. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful to our queries."

A Metro station at Masia de Traver was a short walk away and allowed no hassle connection to Vallencia shops and markets."

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. "Eduardo made check in very easy. The apartment was better than the pictures. It was close to everything and spacious. The only issue is that it was a little cold but we managed. I would recommend Eduardo’s place."

The apartment was very clean and well kept and the outdoor space was lovely. Susanna was very helpful and responded to any questions we had in a prompt manner. The only issue was the staircase is narrow and made it hard to get luggage in and out. But that was only a minor inconvenience and we would definitely recommend this property"
