"Perfect holiday villa. The house is spotless and everything you need is there, including toys for the kids. Good kitchen, plenty of rooms for the entire family and a nice outside space with grill and pool. Good beaches nearby, Puerto del Rosario will not conquer your heart but other destinations nearby. "

"Lovely quiet villa, very well equipped, beds very comfy. We did use the washing machine which clearly had'nt been used for a while as during and after there was a distinct unpleasant drain odour, and we used up the water allocation for that day. So could'nt shower (the owner did warn us of the water limit per day!). Overall though we would come back!"

"We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and the location . It was so peaceful and relaxing and to see clear skies at night with no light pollution , you don’t realise how many starrs are in the sky . "Spacious, peaceful villa and location. Well equipped, though no pool towels (not that they were advertised, just for info). Pleasant walk to the restaurants in the village, especially enjoyed Rojo Tomato and their excellent pizzas (booking essential). Gravel bike hire from Rob at BKRS was a delight (WhatsApp him for info as he’s not always at the shop). Lots to see and do on the island. Really enjoyable week"

"A well equipped property, not luxurious but what is to be expected for the price. The pool is not heated which means none but the brave will swim in the winter months. "If you value your privacy and like to be out of the hustle and bustle then the location of the villa is perfect. Restaurants and shops etc are just a 20/30 minute walk away.The villa has lovely views and is very private, clean and spacious with everything needed for self catering. "Beautiful high quality new apartment. Loved the roof terrace with the bath and balcony with sea views for the spectacular sunsets. Swimming pool was great but also very close to sandy beaches. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Apartment serviced daily and new bedding alternate days. Loved the resort of El Cotillo with old port with its bars and restaurants. Only downside was the building work in the resort."
