"Wow! What a neat experience! Beautiful location, it was the highlight of our trip! Calm peaceful location with amazing views and perfect for an evening walk. The chalet was adorable and felt like you were a guest at a friend’s house. A living room and kitchen to use and a deck to enjoy the views and peaceful ambiance. A s’mores closet and fire pit was the perfect touch! Super nice guy who is restoring it, great service! "

"Our stay was to celebrate our father's life. He had recently passed away. The use of space in this little A-frame was so accommodating and kept us all close together. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area and the close proximity to the Black River and nearby towns. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Perfect spring getaway."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was impeccable,the beds were comfy, and the employees were wonderful. There were people in the room next to us and we never heard a sound, not a tv, no voices - truly soundproof. The complimentary cookies and coffee in the lobby are an added plus. It’s right next to a kwik trip so snacks and treats were within walking distance. This hotel is loaded with “pluses”. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. "

"Great customer service, very accommodating! Clean, quiet and not overly busy. Breakfast was pretty good for basic continental. Rooms were nice, beds were a little firm but pillows were comfy. Pool and hot tub were clean and decent size also. Definitely will be my go to stay when I'm in Ironwood. "

"Arrived at the house and was very pleasantly greeted with all the amentities on the property. House is well maintained and nice and cozy. Very close proximity to several waterfalls which were perfect for this time of year with the high water and ice. Just missed the snow so was able to hike in reg shoes."
