Just 45 feet from the ski slope, Alpen Villa 7 is one of eight inviting units in a trailside condo building, perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy the mountain. This comfortable condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level, while the upper level features the kitchen, dining area, living room, and an additional bathroom.

The living room is designed for relaxation, with a sofa sleeper, a brick fireplace, and patio doors leading to a covered upper-level deck with a gas grill—the ideal spot for après-ski gatherings or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Step outside to the shared lower-level deck, where you’ll find a hot tub overlooking the ski slope, easily accessible from one of the bedrooms. The hot tub is available from December 1 to April 1. The lower deck also features a lockable ski locker and firewood storage for your convenience.

The basement provides a private storage area, plus a common laundry space with a washer and dryer. A/C and Wi-Fi are available throughout the condo, ensuring comfort no matter the season. Plus, dogs are welcome, so you can bring your pets along for the adventure!

Alpen Villa 7 offers easy access to Lifts #2 and #3 along the Flintlock Trail, making it the perfect home base for skiing, snowboarding, or exploring the outdoors. Cable TV and a landline phone are also provided for added convenience.

Ski Trip Weekend
We came to have a weekend away and spend our days skiing. The location was great and it was perfect for what we needed. We were able to make meals and hang out, the fireplace was a great feature to have on the cold days. We were a group of 8 and having 2 bathrooms was defiantly a bonus. Thanks for a great weekend!

Outdated property with rickety heating
The banging all night from the heating led to two sleepless nights. It sounded like we were being broken into at varios intervals of the night. Furniture old and also rickety and a game that was not in working order in the living room that could have been removed if not functioning.

I would have to say that I have limited experience through VRBO in acquiring a place to stay, but this has been the most positive experience I had with all my stays. One major concern was the total lack of communication between the manger and VRBO to myself. I had repeatedly contacted the owner and VRBO and was trying to make contact up to the time I entered the parking lot of the unit. I received no check-in instructions. Glad that the renter in the next unit came in when I was trying to figure out how to get inside. He solved the problem. This was still the best stay I ever had.

Perfect stay!
My 3 kids and I stayed here in August. The property was quiet and very clean! The location was perfect for beach trips and waterfall exploration. It was secluded,yet only minutes from Walmart and town. We are thinking about going back next year because we'll never find a deal like this.
