"Overall this was a great holiday. The place was clean, if slightly dated. Only comment is one of the rooms smelled a bit moldy. The view was amazing and the pool was quiet and private with sun all day. However, Alex made up for everything and totally made the holiday for us. He bought newsfor us when our boys got sunburned and were too hot to sleep. He organised restaurant reservations for us, helped us when our pizza delivery was incorrect and answered numerous questions for us along the way."

"We went to the place by taxi. We had a mobile number for contacting the property manager. No matter we explained to him we did not have a car/sat nav, he just sent us some coordinates. We were trying more than 40 minutes trying to find the building/apartment as the property manager did not answer more than 10 additional calls and the taxi driver nor people living in the same complex were unable to find the apartment. "Had a wonderful stay in this villa near the top of a small mountain. Surrounding mountain and sea views are stunning. Charming hosts, in person check in/ check out. Property has 2 separate units which are about the same size, with different layouts. "A really good property , with a large outside area with pool, brick built bbq, plenty of seating, tables and sun loungers. The property is not really a holiday let, more a borrowed home, there is so much content, almost anything you would need, from utensils to crockery, games and toys for children, to books and guides. It is fully enclosed with parking. It is in a quiet "urbanisation" 10mins drive in the hills above Lloret, there is very little in the way of shops or bars/ restaurants nearby,...

"Maison avec une décoration très datée. Douche: eau soit glacée soit bouillante ! Pas de climatisation.... On y etouffe!!! Horrible pour dormir (même si deux ventilateurs mis à disposition) Le train passe à partir de 4h du matin juste derrière la maison et siffle car gare à 1km. "

"Excellent villa, located a couple of miles from Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes drive to nearby Tossa de Mar which is more traditional with cobbled streets and a wonderful castle and some great restaurants. Villa is in a quiet residential area, modern and very clean, kitchen is well equipped, with all that you will need. Bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers. Linen and towels are provided. Washing machine available too. Outdoor area is lovely, excellent sea views and fantastic infinity pool....

"Xavier, notre hôte, a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'endroit est tout près du centre-ville et de la gare. le garage pour ranger nos vélos était très pratique. With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of space to either interact all together on the balcony or lounge area, or take ourselves away in one of the 4 bedrooms for some alone time. The bedrooms were comfortable. 3 of which had there own Aircon. The one at basement level had a fan and naturally remained cooler due to its position. Our one and only teenager who stayed in that room appreciated the more isolated space! The kitchen...

"La maison est très bien placée, la vue est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. A l'intérieur, la maison est grande et fonctionnelle (la grande salle du bas est très pratique) Par contre elle est sous équipée : manque de table à l'extérieur, manque de chaises, la vaisselle (poêles, grille pain...) très abîmée, et les meubles sont très vétustes. Les 2 lits enfants sont jusqu'à 8 ans à peine. C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour qu'elle soit parfaite!"
