To reconfirm the reservation and meet the requirements of the Condominium Management Board, the Building Manager and the building ADMINISTRATOR, the guest must comply with the following procedures to receive the final Check-in documents:

Following the recommendation of the Manager and the Board of Directors, we would like to reinforce the following rules in force at Condomínio Giardino di San Lorenzo, which we count on everyone's collaboration so that they are strictly followed, with the main objective of reducing overtime, as well as the maintenance of order in the Giardino di San Lorenzo Condominium:
1- Under no circumstances is it permitted for any person outside the guest to enter the guest's household without prior authorization from the guest;
2- The water tanks are sized to supply all consumption units, given the widespread lack of water and the known supply deficit in the neighborhood, it is important to adopt economic and common sense measures, such as turning off the taps when washing dishes , brushing teeth, showers open only when rinsing, using washing machines at maximum capacity, observing possible leaks in bathroom boxes and taps;
3- Garbage disposal must be correctly separated. Garbage must be packed and deposited in the trash bins on the floors or in the Condominium garage;
4- Small pets are allowed, as long as they have prior authorization from the owner. Pets must be transported on leashes and on their owners' laps. The movement and presence of animals in common areas is not permitted. Extra fees may be charged per PET/NIGHT;
5- In order for the comfort and tranquility of condominium owners to be preserved, it is determined that the pool's opening hours will be from 7am to 8pm, from Mondays to Thursdays; from 7am to 10pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and during school holidays it will be daily from 7am to 10pm. Employees are instructed to close the pool;
6- It is not permitted to place clothes, potted plants, decorations or any other objects on window sills and balconies, in common areas, service areas or any external part of the Building;
7- It is not allowed to spread, clean, hit or shake clothes, carpets, vacuum cleaner bags, etc., on windows, glass windows and other external parts of the apartment;
8- Smoking is not permitted in elevators, Municipal Law No. 3839;
9- It is not permitted to use speakers, radios, record players, televisions and stereos, or any musical or sound instruments, in all or part of the Building, at a volume that causes discomfort to other residents, especially after 10 pm :00 (twenty-two) hours in compliance with the provisions of the “law of silence”. Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 9am the following day, avoiding crowds in common areas within the respective hours;
10- Do not enter the condominium elevators wet, in bathing suits or dirty with sand. To this end, the condominium(s) has shower(s) and tap(s) for this purpose;
11- An occupancy greater than 10 (ten) guests/apartment is not permitted, thus contradicting and exceeding the maximum capacity of people per rental, determined at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Condominium. As the standard capacity of the apartment is up to 8 guests, if you exceed this number, an extra fee per GUEST/NIGHT will be added to the total stay;
12- We ask guests to faithfully comply with and respect the condominium rules of the development where the property is located;
13- Guests must maintain and maintain the property, its facilities and accessories in perfect conditions of use, cleanliness and habitability, in order to return it upon the end or termination of the Rental Agreement.
