Beautiful townhouse with air conditioning, swimming pool and independent hot tub

The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with closets and mirror doors, air conditioners, bathrooms with boxes, balcony overlooking the Atlantic forest and the recreation area.
The ground floor has a beautiful glazed dining room and marble table with 8 chairs.
The living room has a double sofa and a 39-inch LED TV (satellite).
Room with a portable fan, a double bed and a bunk.
Planned kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, 4 burner stove, hood, cabinets, microwave (new), electric pressure cooker (new) and sink with 2 vats. The house also has several fixtures.
The area has a gourmet barbecue, sink, external freezer, massive wooden table and two benches, a refreshing aluminum shower, besides the gorgeous pool, designed by an expert in the field, with separate tub and artificial waterfall. The outdoor area also contains a large outdoor space, gardens, 6 beach chairs, 2 parasols, 3 lounge chairs, next to all the beauty of native Atlantic forest.

Excelente Imóvel
Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Walter e sua Esposa, casa totalmente limpa, quartos grandes e confortáveis todos suítes, cozinha completa, sala com TV e Netflix funcionando. Bem proximo do Centro comercial e Shopping. Tivemos uma ótima estádia.

Desde o momento da reserva até a entrega das chaves (checkout) o Sr Walter foi super atencioso e prestativo, fazendo a nossa viagem melhor do que o esperado. A casa é confortável e possui boa estrutura, além da integração do ambiente piscina/churrasqueira que acomoda bem por volta de 10/12 pessoas sem aglomeração. A casa é próxima do centro comercial e mesmo com o condomínio lotado, em virtude do Carnaval, não tivemos problemas em acessar a praia e os pontos de interesse. Pretendemos voltar em outra oportunidade. 5 estrelas na soma da casa mais anfitrião!

A casa é muito boa e confortável. Porém tem alguns pontos a melhorar na infraestrutura, como disponibilizar roupa de cama e banho e arrumar a cascata que hoje não funciona.

Uma casa linda, espaçosa, com piscina, churrasqueira em perfeito estado de conservação, bem equipada, 3 suítes confortáveis com ar condicionado, excelente pra curtir momentos de lazer com a família. Além disso, o anfitrião, Walter, é uma pessoa sensacional. Não foi a primeira vez que fiquei na casa e tomara que não seja a última. Muito satisfeito !

Passamos dias maravilhosos na casa do Walter. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, é super bem cuidada pois os proprietários a utilizam então não falta nenhum utensílio de cozinha, nem manutenção. Tudo funcionando bem! A atenção do proprietário é otima, responde muito rápido e nao foi preciso recorrer a ele durante a estadia pois tudo estava perfeito! Recomendo e espero voltar no futuro!
