"The guy at the front desk at check in was great! Super friendly and nice I didn’t catch his name but had short black hair I think green eyes maybe but he was great! The guy and girl both at check out was not so friendly or talkative I did not get their name either but the guy with curly long black/brown hair with glasses, and a girl with blonde hair in a pony girl. Neither one of them were talkative or said much. Wasn’t a fan of them."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The front desk staff were so welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. "Great staff"

"We enjoyed 3 night stay while my husband and I got married in Estes! The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the bar and grille food and drinks. The breakfast was lacking, especially for being a charge. Nothing more than overcooked sausage and eggs that obviously had been sitting for a while. We also enjoyed the fire pits outside, and were looking forward to using the complimentary smores kits, but in the evenings its nearly impossible to find someone at the main desk. We waited until giving up....
