"This is not on the beach and cannot walk anywhere as there are no sidewalks! Have plenty of cash majority of the taxis take cash only and not cheap. There are no lounge chairs at the pool either just a small table "

"I booked this stay a few months in advance for my 50th birthday and Christmas vacation. The property owner did not respond, nor was there a place to check into the property. I called VRBO, but they were not able to get ahold of the property owner. I had to cancel my trip outside the US on Dec 22nd before my birthday and Christmas. What a nightmare! Of course, everything else was booked on the VRBO site, and we ended up spending 3x as much at a hotel that had space for our family. I recommend...

"Comfortable and roomy oceanside townhouse/villa with spectacular views of the crystal clear Bahamas waters! Pool deck and private beach just steps away. Located far enough from Downtown Nassau (20 min by car) to avoid the crowds, but close enough for shopping and dining. Love Beach is a 2 minute drive away, must visit! Hostess Fany was wonderful."

"We stayed 2 nights. The condo is spacious, has a living room, big tv and a good size kitchen. The surrounding area was calm. Close to the airport. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. However, there were several issues. The biggest one was when we had an issue with a closet door that was barely hanging and fell on me on the first try to open it. "The condo was perfect for our family of four. The unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the private outside patio space and the beautiful infinity pool. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"I love the unit as we were on the first floor of three. Spacious, quiet neat good condition. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because of the half filled mini shampoo left in the shower for use, and the stains (appear to be blood) on the curtain. All-in-all, it was a lovely stay. "

"Tracy have an amazing place, We were absolutely blown upon arrival. The place was well stocked with all the necessary items we needed to start our vacation. The home was clean and well kept, she had our fav scented candles lit upon arrival, and her home decor was modern and beautiful. I give Tracy’s place a 5 star rating. We were all very pleased and had no complaints. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nassau. Tracy you are an amazing super host !!"
