Moreover, the house features three immaculate bathrooms, paired with necessary toiletries and bath towels, providing optimal convenience with luxurious comfort.
The home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a range of pantry items ensures a delight for cooking enthusiasts. The dining area leads seamlessly to an the patio, affording sweeping views of the enchanting garden, a perfect setting for intimate al fresco dinners or a barbeque feast. The living area, adorned with comfortable couches and a smart TV offering Netflix, invites cosy evening gatherings.
Spend you days relaxing on the sun lounges under the greenery covered pergola and bathing in the invigorating swimming pool, ideal for entertaining or spending sunny afternoons by the water and balmy evenings under the stars. Important Information:
- Bedroom 2 is comprised of 1 x King bed and one set of King single bunk beds
- The garage isn't accessible for guest use, there are three spaces in the driveway and road parking is available
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear. Front garden unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area, rumpus room and bedrooms 1 - 4.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
