Jake's Place Merimbula

This new home features four spacious bedrooms, three with large sliding doors onto a balcony with 180 degree views of the beach, lake, town and mountains. The main bedroom has an open en-suite with free standing bath. The fourth bedroom is oversized with two bunks making this house perfect for larger groups or families. Each room has built in wardrobes.

The large open plan living area has a modern kitchen with all new Smeg appliances and a 6 burner gas cook top. The lounge room opens onto a large deck that spans the length of the house offering incredible views day and night. The outdoor bbq and 10 seater custom built resin/ timber table make it the perfect place to entertain.

The house also has a separate laundry, double lock up garage and ample additional off street parking for extra cars, boats and other toys. There is also an indoor fire place and outdoor fire pit area.

Please note that the host lives in an attached apartment on the ground floor. This apartment has completely separate access and no spaces are shared except for the driveway. Should you prefer additional privacy the owner is happy to arrange not to be at the property for an additional fee depending on the dates. Please contact the owner should you prefer to have the property all to yourself.

Luxurious accommodation, amazing Merimbula Bay view, and friendly owner. Five Stars!
This is one of the best looking holiday villas I have rented so far in Australia, and I have been living in this country for more than 20 years. The house is clean and modern looking, with one spacious master bedroom and two other beautiful bedrooms on one side, all three with astonishing views of the Merimbula Bay, from a well chosen vantage point. There is another bedroom with four bunk beds for adventurous teenagers and young adults on the other side of the house. The front garden looks great, reflecting the passion and care of this owner, Jake, for his property and his guests. This villa was spacious enough to comfortable fit 10 adult guests, from three different generations of my family. We will definitely spend future holidays at this location! Wonderful experience Jake! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house for entertaining
An absolutely beautiful house, Jake was a great host. The house had everything we needed for a boys weekend away - plenty of room to entertain. Great balcony to enjoy meals overlooking Merimbula. We loved the game room downstairs with the pool table and dart board. All the rooms were spacious, especially the main room. Kitchen was fully loaded with all appliances you need. Chocolate on the pillows was a nice touch and a few bottles of wine in the wine rack was a nice gesture. Jake was very thoughtful and really responsive if we had a question. The late checkout was really appreciated. The location of the house is in a really quiet location which was nice. This is a great house to entertain for friends or a family, I am sure our group will be back again.
