"The television could not be used, as the remote wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the hotel likes to have events in its rooftop bar with music playing so loud that it can be heard in the guests‘ rooms. I have raised the issue previously with reception, but the hotel hasn’t taken any action about it."

"no towels provided for the pool, loud music in the hotel that could be heard in the rooms, not enough lounge chairs for the pool area so be ready to grass it"

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"Great Staff!! Check-in was easy and helpful. The restaurant service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good. The only downside side was that the sauna area was only open from 5pm-9pm."

"This spa resort is the ideal place for restoration and relaxation. Everything is included, rooms are air conditioned, there's saunas and pools for all preferences, free bikes and yoga and other activities, biking and hiking routes galore, excellent food and service, and the friendliest most helpful staff you'll ever find. "Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Es war alles da was man bräuchte. Ist es zu heiß, gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ist es zu kalt, gibt es einen Kamin. Man kann nix aussetzen, nur das FeWo nicht alle Informationen vom Vermieter gesendet hat, aber da hilft der Vermieter weiter. Für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies, mit dem einzeunten Gundstück. Immer wieder ger."

"War alles sehr gut, nur Frühstücksbrötchen besorgen, ist für normale Menschen zu Fuß sehr beschwerlich, da das nächste Geschäft unten in der Ortschaft ist und man dafür schon einen strammen bergab und sehr bergauf Spaziergang machen muss"

Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "
