"Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft erschrocken über den Zustand des Objektes! Es ist nicht - wie beschrieben - renoviert und saniert, sondern sanierungsbedürftig. Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. Die Spülarmatur war so wackelig, dass wir bei Nutzung Angst hatten, dass sie abfällt. Der Toilettensitz war ebenfalls locker und nicht selber festzuschrauben (was wir versucht haben). "Das Haus und die ruhige Lage sind perfekt um sich dort sehr wohl zu fühlen. Insbesondere die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Von Horbruch aus kann man super Ausflüge beispielsweise nach Traben-Trarbach machen. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in der Unterkunft."

"Minor suggestion! When you know your guests are from America, I think it is a safe bet to provide still vs sparkling water! 😝 but the thought was still appreciated! Thanks and hope to stay again!"

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

Great location and value including parking

"This was an apartment that included parking in a great location. Once we parked our car we walked everywhere. There was also a washing machine which was great! No dryer though. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is watch your emails after you reserve, there is a lengthy check in process that you do online. I didn’t realize this and we arrived and couldn’t get in because I had not completed this (my fault, not theirs) They were extremely helpful and responsive and got us in quickly. Once we figured out the system it was really easy and very secure getting in and out. "
