Located just steps from the sea, this charming apartment is the ideal place for your seaside getaway. You will be able to enjoy its sunny loggia with a view on the private green spaces of the residence.
We offer you a 44 m² apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. The apartment is composed of a living-dining room, an independent equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, independent WC.
Closed garage. Sheets and towels are extra.

The apartment is presented in the following way:

- Dining area with a table for 4 people

Located in a very quiet residence, the apartment benefits from an ideal geographical situation. You will be close to the sea. At only 500 m from the city center, you will be able to take advantage of its numerous shops and activities:

La cuisine est petite, mais l'ensemble des équipements sont opérationnels et propres. Le personnel de la ""conciergerie des terres de nacre"" est très ponctuel et sympathique. Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Certainement à renouveler dans un appartement plus grand. 🙁 Avoir une cuisine plus grande, ce qui me semble absolument pas réaliste, l'on ne peut pas pousser les murs ! La météo, pas toujours favorable, mais vous n'y pouvez rien."

De boulevard en het strand zijn makkelijk te bereiken en een parkeerplek is eenvoudig te vinden. 🙁 De accommodatie wordt door een bureau verhuurd hetgeen de communicatie niet eenvoudig maakt. De jonge dame die de sleutels overhandigde was heel vriendelijk maar bleek nauwelijks Engels te spreken, hetgeen zeker via de telefoon tot enige onduidelijkheid heeft geleid."

Les deux chambres avec lits doubles , c’était parfait pour mon fils de 18 ans et moi-même. J’ai beaucoup apprécié également . L’appartement est très bien insonorisé et la résidence est très calme. Malgré des grosses chaleurs, l’appartement est resté frais. Dès que je reviendrai en Normandie, c’est cet appartement que je réserverai. Abordable et simple. Grâce à cela, j’ai trouvé mon pied à terre en Normandie. 🙁 Manque un lave-vaisselle, mais ça se comprends. La cuisine est petite. Elle reste malgré tout pratique."
