For shared use: property with trees, meadow. Children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). 30 m footpath to the house. Parking at 30 m. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 400 m, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg / Hochschwarzwald 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schluchsee 20 km, Titisee 30 km. Hiking paths: Schwarzwald, Hotzenwald, Feldberg (1493 m) 15 km.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony.
