The group house is on a campsite and is quietly situated, surrounded by forests and meadows.

The generous guesthouse has six bedrooms with a total of six double beds and six single beds. The large lounge provides plenty of space and has tables, chairs, satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio, table football and board games. You can prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. There are also three bathrooms each with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A washing machine is available for use free of charge. All the rooms have central heating if required.

You can make yourselves comfortable on the large, furnished terrace and enjoy sociable grill evenings around the Weber gas grill. There are four free parking spaces right by the house.

Due to negative experiences bachelor parties are not wished for in the location.

The particular location between Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps make it a perfect starting point for hikes, cycle tours, sightseeing and city trips e.g. to Munich, Salzburg and Rosenheim. It is about 1.5km to the nearest locality with grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. It is an ideal place to relax and for sports activities.
