"Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. There is free parking on residential roads around the hotel which helps and it is right next to the bus and train station. Lovely staff and beautiful and clean rooms. "

"the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close. the only positive with yhis hotel is the location."

"Stayed for 3 nights friendly and helpful staff very fast and personal check in. Facilities were great loved the pool sauna and hot tub which were included. Did not visit the spa. Plenty of bikes for exploring. Nice walk to the sea front for more bathing opportunities and one shop with a few restaurants. Decor was beautiful. First time in Sweden and will certsinly be back "

"Nice hotel polite staff and good breakfast (but VERY busy at 06.30 I had to leave without any!) building work was going on and so ask for a room at the front (note this is not an option for disabled travelers all rooms with showers/accessible rooms are at the back)"

"The hotel is conveniently located off the motorway. We did not use it but it is located next to a shopping centre, which is handy. The laundry facilities were a much appreciated feature and the staff were extremely helpful, even checking around for what restaurants might be open for us on New Years Eve. I am glad we stumbled across this property."

"after a very long drive we have arrive to find out that we were lied about our booking and there is an extra cost for using spa services. it was supposed to be a romantic trip and we drove all the way from Copenhagen to face very rude manager of the hotel and ending up cancelling the stay and destroying the whole long trip"

"On a motorcycle tour of Scandinavia we stayed in around 15 different hotels - this was a real favourite. It was slightly out of season, so fairly quiet even though it looks like it could handle a lot of guests comfortably (I imagine it's sometimes used for weddings). Our room was superb - very recently refurbished (still had that slight "new carpet" smell) and was finished to a very high standard. "Wir waren heuer zum 5 ten mal im Herbsturlaub in Schweden.Diesmal in diesem gemütlichen netten Ferienhaus in Traryd. Es war das erste Mal,daß wir nichts dazukaufen mussten da alles vorhanden war. Bei unserer Ankunft war Beate bereits vor Ort und der Ofen war schon eingeheizt. Sie hatte auch viele Tipps für uns und nannte uns ein paar Ausflugsziele die wir sonst wohl nie entdeckt hätten. The Best Place in Sweden

"We have visited Sweden many times over the last 25 years and this is still the best place we have stayed in. The refridgerator had stopped working when we arrived and the owners replaced it with a brand new one within a couple of hours. On the whole a quiet location with sometimes a bit of traffic noise from the motorway if the wind is from that direction. Great for walks along the Skåneleden that passes by the top of the lake. The mobile broadband is fine for streaming TV if you bring your own stick."
