New comfortable flat by Santa Maria church, historic center

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and charming apartment. You will have three bedrooms. Two with a double and one with a single bed. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking Santa Maria Church. Our apartment is in a century-old building at the heart of Bermeo's historic centre. It's a few steps from the central plaza, a few minutes walk to the port and a few minutes to the Lamera park. We just finished the complete renovation, so everything is new, fresh and with you in mind. The apartment has just been fully renovated, and everything is new. We have kept as much as we could from the original features. So you will find perfectly imperfect glass windows and short door frames. The Salon You will have an open space full of light for your salon and kitchen. You will have access to fast-speed internet, Netflix, board games and art supplies when you want to stay home and be cosy. The dining table is large and very comfortable if you need to work. The kitchen has all the usual tools, including basics for cooking. So you don't have to worry about buying salt and oil. We have also left some essential foods like pasta and rice if you arrive on a Sunday or need more time to go to the supermarket. So feel free to use anything that is in the kitchen. The vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning products are in the cupboard next to the fridge. Bedrooms The property has three bedrooms: - a beautiful primary bedroom with a balcony overlooking the back of the Santa Maria church. - a single bedroom themed as a children's room with books, toys and art supplies. - a cosy double bedroom with a window to the salon. Bathroom We have one bathroom with a shower. You can find cleaning products under the sink if you need them. The washer-dryer is also in the bathroom. Storage Each room has some storage place or hangers. You will be sent a code to access the flat using the keypad. I live only a few minutes away, so if you need anything, please message me on the app, and I will respond quickly. You will be staying in the centre of the historic centre of Bermeo. Even though Bermeo is a small sleepy town today, it was the first capital of Bizkaia. And you can find the evidence of past glory in its well-kept old town, rows of tiny fisherman houses, narrow cobble streets, and the central plaza. This is an authentic medieval neighbourhood where kids play in the streets, young people meet on corners, and older generations take slow strolls. You can also find local restaurants, bars and boutiques in the neighbourhood. The Old Town is usually a quiet area. But please keep in mind that during festival times, the noise level will be higher than usual across Bermeo. You can enter the old town by car before 12 pm. After that, only residents can drive in. We recommend parking on the edges of the old town and walking in instead. The walk should be 5-7 minutes. To avoid looking for a place, we recommend you park at the free public car park on Matxitxako Bidea. If you have heavy bags, drive to the San Juan gate to disembark, which is only 2 mins from the apartment. Please note: - We are on the 2nd floor. - If you need a baby cot or a high chair, let us know ahead of time, please. - We are based in the old town with limited car access after 12 pm.
