"Prima en zeer compleet appartement gelegen aan een rustige straat. Alles wat een mens zich maar kan wensen is aanwezig. Voor het appartement is een zitje met parasol waar het goed toeven is. Vanuit de straat loop je zo de berg op met aansluiting op veel wandelroutes. Ook starten er vanuit Deggingen fietsroutes. Ideaal adres van mensen die van een actieve vakantie houden. De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam."

No elevator is available and posting didnt note the floor level. The apt numbers are not in order as you climb the stairs which was a minor point of confusion as we climbed. "Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"

"We really enjoyed our quick stay at Rioca! Finding a Brazilian themed hotel in Germany was so cute and fun. We loved all the amenities on the apartment such as the swing, the microwave, fridge, wireless charging stations, and smart TV. Everything was very clean and tidy and parking was a breeze (costs about €20 per night, so be prepared for that). Really friendly reception and awesome overall vibe. We would love to stay again!"
