"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

"Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall."

"We always enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Located close to a grocery store, pharmacy and only a few miles from the beach. Easy drive to restaurants in Ocean City and Rehoboth. It is a pet friendly rental. Carpets might benefit from a deep clean. "

"House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. Minor issues, need to fix both the master bathroom and back doors. They both stick and are very hard to close, especially the...

"Beautifully decorated home. The home was very clean. We had 10 people in our group, ages 3 to 71. We were very comfortable with the space. The beds were very comfortable. The development offered many activities. Shopping and dining was nearby. A fun time was had by all."

"House is beautiful. Long walk to splash pad and pool and playground. But was worth walk. Another pool was closer and was very nice and quiet. House is very spacious and has everything you need."

"Our family has been coming to Delaware for the past four years now. Our stay in Frankford at Millville By The Sea was just perfect. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! "Overall, we loved this home. Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for eating/playing/sleeping. House is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and the linen rental made it very easy. Location was great for ease of access to the beach/Fenwick/Ocean City, as well as some groceries and restaurants. Alan was very responsive. The only drawback was the gas station that is literally across the street. Cars exit right in front of the house, which made it very loud at night in the front...

"This was such a nice fit for us. It is nicely decorated with tons of amenities. Good location with plenty of room for everyone. The double living rooms and large dining table were an added bonus. We had three teenagers with us so having options for them within walking distance was great!"
