Light, spacious studio in convenient location
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable studio. It was possible to walk to a lot of places of interest and we also liked strolling around the local area. We would recommend a stay here!

Everything You Need & Clean
My partner and I stayed here Nov 2023 and had a wonderful time! Everything was simple and easy to understand and our Host Michael was very easy to communicate with and responded quick and promptly. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple and having a kitchen and nice shower is a big plus! Thank you for having us!

Super tolles Apartment
Wir waren absolut begeistert. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles sauber, ordentlich und übersichtlich. Super Komunikation mit dem Eigentümer und tolle lage. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Berlin und bedanken uns ganz herzlich.

Simple but adequate
The flat was clean and pretty quiet. We just needed a place to sleep after exploring Berlin each day and this was perfect. Easy to get to U Bann stations.

Kleine Stadtwohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unser Auto konnten wir im privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof parken. Die Bahnstation war fussläufig erreichbar, sowie viele Restaurants. Für uns war es perfekt. Lediglich der Föhn fehlte. Aber ansonsten nur zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage, freier Raum
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Bahnhöfen, guten Gemüsehändlern und Supermärkten sowie zahlreichen Restaurants. Das Zimmer sieht geräumig aus, verfügt über alles was Sie brauchen, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen Balkon. Ich bin im nahegelegenen Park laufen gegangen, was schön war. Es ist etwas laut, aber mit Ohrstöpseln kann man gut schlafen.

Pleasant apartments with view of park and small balcony which was a plus with the hot weather . Adequate kitchen, though fridge badly needs defrosting and was difficult to keep shut. Good shower though tray is slippery and could do with a rubber mat. Apartment is in good position with ready access to U Bahn station.

Fijn appartement in een gezellige buurt in Berlijn
Fijn appartement in een gezellige buurt in Berlijn. Op loopafstand van bus en metro naar het centrum, centraal station en andere belangrijke plekken. Alleen de badkamer ruikt wat vochtig en het bed is niet super. Wellicht dat de host hier eens naar kan kijken. Het appartement beschikt over een balkonnetje om 's ochtends lekker wakker te worden met een kopje koffie. Contact met de host verliep eenvoudig en inchecken ging met een code en sleutel in een kluisje naast de deur. We kwamen wat eerder dan de officiële inchecktijd maar vroeger inchecken was geen probleem. Dank!

Praktisches kleines Appartement
Für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit den lauten Nachbarn, die offenbar nachtaktiv waren. Aber das muss ja nicht jedem passieren. Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Paar Punkte, die uns total gestört haben. Es war überall staubig, egal wo man angefasst hat. Man hatte so ein Ekel, auf Stühlen und Tisch, auf dem Balkon, um Bett und Sofa herum, rund um Zwei Stühle in der Küche, im Bad auf Handtuchheizkörper, sogar in den Steckdosen im Bad, auf Lampen waren extrem viel Stuab .

Zentral in Schöneberg gelegenes 1-Raum-Appartement
Unser Appartement lag im 4. Stock eines 50er Jahre Hauses in Schöneberg, was dank des Aufzugs kein Problem darstellte. Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Winterfeldtplatzes, wo es Samstags einen schönen Markt gibt und unweit der Golzstraße, wo sich viele gute Restaurants befinden. Das 1-Raum-Appartement besteht im Wesentlichen aus dem Schlafbereich mit großem Doppelbett, dem Wohnbereich mit einem Fernseher und einer Couch und einer offenen Küche mit einem Bar-Thresen, an dem man sitzen kann. Das Bett war weder zu hart noch zu weich - also genau richtig für uns als Seitenschläfer. Das Bad ist ziemlich neu und schön renoviert (schwarze Fliesen); außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche hat keine Spülmaschine, so dass man selber von Hand spülen muss. Sehr gut für uns war der Stellplatz im Hof, da wir mit dem Auto angereist waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über WhatsApp und funktionierte hervorragend.

Schöne Lage schöne Sache
Schön gelegen, Hygiene und Lautstärke vollkommen okay, ein Markt (2x die Woche) um die Ecke und ein sehr leckeren Japaner um die Ecke. Dazu eine Nextbikes Station direkt vor der Tür. Sehr sehr schön alles in allem :)

Tolle FeWo mit super Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt. Die FeWo hält ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene bereit und ist super ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist klein,aber fein☺️ Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super spitze. Ein sehr netter Mann, welcher jederzeit für seine Gäste als Ansprechpartner via Handy erreichbar war. Auf Wünsche zwecks Check In und Out würde alles möglich gemacht. Besonders toll war der dazugehörige Parkplatz im Hinterhof,sodass wir das Auto während des gesamten Aufenthaltes problemlos stehen lassen könnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, liebe Grüße aus Thüringen

Sehr gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindungen, viele kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Küchenzeile und Küchenausstattung wohldurchdacht. Es gibt reichlich Steckdosen. Ich finde ja, ein Kind, das aus dem Kleinkindalter heraus ist, würde sich hier mit Mama/Papa auch wohlfühlen.
