Gefallen hat mir, dass das Zimmer durch die Klima-Anlage optimal gekühlt wurde - hingegen ist die Klima-Anlage lärmig, sie hat mich in der Nacht beim Schlafen gestört. Das Badezimmer ist, gemessen an der Suite, ziemlich eng. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und nach dem neusten Stand ausgestattet.

Great Hotel with a Couple Glitches
I have stayed here before and it's a terrific hotel. We were a bit disappointed that the rooms were not cleaned until later in the afternoon; we had gone out in the morning and expected the rooms to have been serviced by 3PM but they were not; the second time this happened we had put the sign on the room asking for service. We also were not given the chocolates and turn down service two out of the four nights we stayed there; these are small things, but it is often the small things that distinguish one great hotel from another. The design of the bathroom is such that the hooks on the walls really do not accommodate towels; they just slip down onto the floor. Despite these small peccadillos, this is an excellent hotel in a great location. Great WI-FI and very helpful staf..

Good location for all the major tourist areas. Minor issue is perhaps the lack of a residents bar area, there is a very small lounge area but I think a small bar to relax in after a busy day would be beneficial.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in Berlin, praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Das Check-in und -out schnell effizienz, sehr freundlich. Der Empfang im Hitelzimmer mit der kleinen Aufmerksamkeit und dem Gratiswasser unterstreicht die Gastfreundschaft. Absolut ruhige Zimmer und hoher Konfort.
