Great hotel
Wonderful hotel. Great and friendly staff. Very attentive and helpful. Room was smallish, but well equipped and very clean. Location was great, close to local transport.

One of the best boutique hotels I stayed in. Rooms are very well appointed, beautifully designed with all the amenities and tastefully designed. I loved it. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars all the way.

We absolutely feel like we scored with this hotel! We stayed for a couple nights including New Year’s Eve 2024 and it was such a treat! We had an up close firework experience that we have never seen before. The hotel lobby was a great place to go for one last drink after midnight as well! Shopping streets and Christmas markets were less than a mile away! The only downside when we came is the parking garage was out of commission so we had to park across the street or on the street, but we did not mind once we got comfortable with that situation.

Very nice accommodation for a few days, everything is new, fresh and really clean. Although the rooms are a little small its beautiful and nice decorated. The reception is kind, however too bad that the smart tv wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed for 5 days…

Great but breakfast must be included
Quality of the room great, kindness of the receptionists great, some few noise due to a night party in the neighbourhood club. With such a cost of the room I think the breakfast included should be a must. For this reason 4 stars.

Poor room clearing, rubbish basket was ont emptied and no refill of Tea coffee or water. Pen broken. Breakfast not worth the price. Next time in Berlin I will pick another Hotel.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 7. Etage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, jedoch war die Klimaanlage auffällig laut. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart – für mich persönlich angenehm, aber für meine Partnerin weniger komfortabel. Das Hotel verfügt über einen einzigen Fahrstuhl, was bei 7 Etagen zu Wartezeiten führt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das wichtigste Argument für eine Buchung, insbesondere für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ein Hinweis zur Tiefgarage: Große und normal breite Fahrzeuge passen nicht hinein, daher besser vorher planen und informieren. Leider hatten wir am Abend in der Lobby einen negativen Eindruck, als eine Maus unter den Stühlen herumlief. Das hat die Erfahrung etwas getrübt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage durchaus eine Option, jedoch mit einigen Abstrichen in Komfort und Service.
