Anniversary trip
Arrival at hotel was amazing lovely friendly and happy staff, we arrived early due to an early flight our room would not be ready till 3pm but that was ok. We got to leave our luggage at reception then we went for food and a walk around. Reception staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfy bed and bathroom clean. Hotel is central easy to get to underground etc 100%book this hotel on our next trip to Berlin value for money was brilliant

The holiday inn made my trip to Berlin extra special. It is in a central location accessible to everything around you. The staff are lovely and so attentive. This hotel is a dream come true!

The check in and staff member was lovely. We had a deluxe room, the only thing deluxe about it was the view of the Tv Tower. Everything looked worn out. Hardly any facilities in the room. Felt like we paid for a basic type of room. Not really that impressed. Location is good for getting a round but not really one for its sights.
