We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great and the hotel was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It's far enough away from the bustle of the main tourist traps to be relaxing, yet close enough to walk to them, or jump on the underground station a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Some good food options close by and only a 15 minute walk to the TV Tower, which was impressive.

The staff at Park Plaza were so accommodating and nice. Their extra care made the difference in making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth it.

Disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. We had booked a room for two with the option of a double bed or twin beds, but we were forced to take a double bed with no alternative solution. No commercial gesture or effort from the staff to accommodate our request and what we had paid for. No intimacy within the room because of the bathroom windows. Additionally, the view of the inner courtyard is unremarkable and poorly maintained. Fortunately, the hotel is quiet and fairly well located.

Why glass doors?!?
Everything was lovely. But the bathroom doors that's made of glass has a big hole as a handle and leaves a 2 inch gap when closing. Made sure you had absolutely 0 privacy in the room.

The hotel is a bit old and the theme is a little cheesy. The room is a good size for 2 people and the bathroom as well. The air conditioning could be better but at least there’s a window to crack open. If you are doing the Berlin marathon I would try to find something closer as it is about 25-30 min away from the brandenburg gates.

Excellent and friendly staff, who are very helpful. The staff were also welcoming and understanding. The hotel is well appointed and next to two U Bahn stations. It is in walking distance of Museuminsel and other attractions. Would highly recommend staying here.
