Our apartment in the immediate vicinity of the water-rich Schmöckwitz offers an ideal location for travelers who appreciate the proximity to Berlin and at the same time seek peace and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the benefits of the quiet suburbs and yet be in the exciting metropolis in no time.
Comfort and Amenities:
Our newly renovated apartment, opened in 2023, was specially designed for longer stays. The modern room is designed for two people and offers a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed for a restful night's sleep. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth, and the modern furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere.
Entertainment and self-catering:
For entertainment, there is a modern smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and enough dishes for two people. Here you can comfortably prepare your own meals and enjoy cozy evenings. Please note that there is no possibility to cook. Bathroom with walk-in shower:

Our suburban oasis is located in close proximity to Schmöckwitz and picturesque Berlin-Köpenick, making it an ideal base for bike tours, swimming excursions and outdoor activities. Both couples and families will appreciate the water sports facilities and the surrounding nature. In addition, a public area with free sports equipment is available on the opposite property.
Thanks to the S-Bahn connection with lines S8 and S46, you can reach the center of Berlin in just 25 minutes. This excellent connection makes our apartment attractive for business travelers as well as for vacationers. The proximity to the new airport BER and Tesla in Grünheide, only about 15 minutes away by car, is another advantage for our guests.
Easy arrival:
The Eichwalde S-Bahn station is about a 15-minute walk away, and you have the option of parking your vehicle directly in front of the house free of charge. This uncomplicated arrival option increases your comfort during your stay.

1. check-in is from 15:00, check-out is no later than 10:00.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence.

3. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on the terrace or in common areas (e.g. hallways or kitchen). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission & illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. the quiet hours of the house must be respected. (10pm to 7am) In addition, care must be taken to keep the front door of the house closed. Particularly heavy soiling, for example of the oven, is to be removed independently. Gross soiling in the rooms and common areas will incur the cost of special cleaning.
6. guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 40€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. This also applies to visits.
7. pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy will result in a 50€ fee plus the cost of special cleaning. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
8) Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, remote controls, and items from the apartment, as well as any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. This also applies to common areas as well as outdoor areas. Guests must report any damage to the host. Damages and losses will be charged according to the list of contents or incurred expenses to replace / restore the original condition.
9. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
10. for the cleanliness of the rooms, street shoes must be left in front of the apartments. Contamination in the apartments caused by wearing shoes will be charged according to cleaning expenses.
11. the apartments are located in the middle of two private households. The outside area and the entrance area, but not the apartments themselves, are under video surveillance. Entering the private property will be reported according to §123 StGB and can lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.
12. booking a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
