It was a good compromise / good value if you look at price per night. Stays in Berlin are not cheap and the price here was ok. Hotel amenities were not perfect, but there is everything what you need. Minuses: no hot water in shower, only a bit warm; the hotel equipment is old, using an elevator there is a trip to the past ;) Pluses: price per night, not far away from the city center, good access to public transportation, friedly staff

Old and depressing hotel, the room was dirty and worn so as the rest of the hotel. Dust everywhere. The robotic personnel and creepy atmosphere reminded me of the Shining movie.

Very tired and uncomfortable hotel
It’s a very rundown hotel and location is 15 minutes from S Bahn. WiFi very intermittent, staff just ignore you as you come and go. Bed very uncomfortable. I didn’t choose the hotel as friends did but wouldn’t stay again. No bar or restaurant as advertised.

Overall stay is satisfactory. The only issue is the bathroom. There is no curtain so water is everywhere in the bathroom after shower although it evaporates after an hour. And the ceiling of the bathroom is quite low. For me, I am 165cm so it is so far ok for me. However, it may be an issue for other travelers.

Very poor experience overall - building was in poor condition to the point of not feeling like a safe or at all comfortable place to stay. There were exposed cables running across the walls in the bedroom, e.g. from the light switch up to the fittings. The glass in the lift was shattered. There was an unpleasant smell around the building and the cleanliness of the room was poor especially the bedding and the hard surfaces in the bathroom. Staff were fine but did not make up for the other issues. Booked for the area as was near to where family were staying, but absolutely would not book again.

La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. Quizás le faltaría un frigobar y algunos elementos de aseo como shampoo y acondicionador. El personal es muy educado y atento, me recibieron muy bien. Y la ubicación es muy buena y accesible.

in dem Hotel gibt es anscheinet keine Nachtruhr, Kinder haben auf den Fluren getobt und die Türen laut zugeschlagen. Jugendliche haben bei offener Zimmertür laut Musik gehört und laut mitgesungen. Erwachsene haben sich auf den Fluren sehr laut unterhalten und nicht zur Ruhe beigetragen und das alles bis weit nach Mitternacht. Mein Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde nicht angenommen, also bin ich persönlich zur Rezeption und habe um einschreiten des Personals gebeten ,dieses wurde aber offensichtlich ignoriert ,da sich nichts geändert hat. Insgesamt grottenschlecht und überteuert.

was hier eerder, toen naar volle tevredenheid. nu een andere kamer met vreemde indeling, geen gordijnen voor deel van het raam, uitkijkend op binnenplaats met regelmatig lawaai, (luid) pratende buren en (harde) muziek. soms maar een uur maar zeer hinderlijk. personeel aan receptie was net als vorige keer deels vriendelijk, deels in het geheel niet. één erg aardige man uit een oosteuropees land, denk ik.
