Family-friendly old Berlin apartment downtown

Our modern 45 m² apartment located on the ground floor of an old Berlin apartment building - quiet and overlooking the sunny garden of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people, so had breakfast in peace, but also an extensive dinner can be cooked.
The cozy bedroom and living room provides the necessary space for relaxing after a day with many attractions.
The walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space.


The apartment is located in a traffic free cul de sac in the City West Berlin - from the Ku'Damm 15 minute walk. There are numerous bus and metro stations nearby, including some night trains.
Within walking distance there are many restaurants, cafes, snack bars and bars. Many shopping possibilities (eg. T. around the clock opened) and is open daily bakery round out the culinary offerings.

In addition to the many, easy-to-reach Berlin's attractions are in the vicinity of the apartment many playgrounds and public park where children and adults can find the necessary balance for the metropolis - and the Grunewald with many hiking trails and the Wannsee with its beach and many water sports are easy to reach.

Great little apartment for 3-4 people!
We had a great stay here, the host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and had all the necessities. Wish we could've stayed for more than 2 days. The location was great with a bus stop and underground station nearby.

Great place in a good location
This beautiful old apartment is spacious with easy access to busses. The only suggestion was it would have been nice if the wifi and password were on a paper inside. We had to contact her for it, she replied immediately. The area is quiet with a great restaurant beside it Salumeria Veneto - Falco speaks good english

Great for a couple
Nice place to stay when in Berlin. Easy access to bus and subway. Grocery store about a couple hundred yards and the neighborhood is very safe. I saw the hosts only for giving me the key otherwise they were available by phone if you had questions. Perfect place for a couple to stay. I never used the kitchen other than the fridge but you can cook there, all utensils, pots pans etc. are there. I just wish the fridge had a freezer compartment, to freeze ice packs that I brought along.(Know, that if you are in Germany there is a shortage of ice cubes) All in all it was a nice stay with lots of bakeries and butcher stores(a must have in Germany) and if you like sweets, there is a ice cream cafe downstairs just to the left about 20 feet. Yes, I had some and it was delicious.

Lovely apartment with high ceilings
Pleasant residential neighborhood, very clean apartment, great communication with hosts. I would have appreciated a small freezer compartment in the fridge but other than that this apartment was perfect.

A business week in Berlin
The apartment is very cozy and is located in a very quiet area, well served by public transportation. The apartment is equipped with all amenities, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor and therefore very conveniently accessible. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very good and quick communication. I felt like I was at home.

The place was a little further from city center but in a really calm and safe neibghourhood. In the apartment was everything you need for a short stay. The host was really friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it. :)

Bonito apartamento en buen barrio
El apartamento está en un barrio muy agradable, tranquilo pero con restaurantes en los alrededores y todos los servicios. Está un poco alejado del centro pero bien comunicado.. El dueño fue muy amable. Solo hubo una pega, el sofá-cama estaba roto. Avise al dueño y me trajo una cama plegatin a la que le faltaba la lama del medio, por lo que dormimos regular. El dormitorio con las dos camas estaba muy bien. Cuando nos fuimos dijo que iban a llevar ya un sofá nuevo, así que supongo que ese "problema" quedará solventado. Todo lo demás, perfecto

Familienurlaub
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, sie hatte uns auch noch ein paar tipps gegeben! Es sind gleich 2 U-Bahn Stationen ganz in der nähe (nur 5-7 Geh min.entfernt). 2 Häuser weiter ist ein italienisches Restaurant inkl. Eistheke, direkt daneben ein französisches und direkt in der Nachbarstraße ein asiatisches. Alle 3 haben leckeres Essen. Wohnung, Garten und auch Umgebung sind sowie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Ein großer Spielplatz mit schattigen Stellen liegt direkt neben dem hauseigenen Garten. Leider waren Badezimmerfugen + Waschmaschienen-waschmittel-schublade schimmelig. Sonst war die Wohnung aber sauber. Die Badezimmertür hat leider einen alten Riegel der von Außen nur durch einen kleinen Schlüssel geöffnet werden kann (kein Türgriff vorhanden) das hat bei unserem Sohn nicht immer so gut geklappt. Als wir dort waren wurde am Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite gerade gebaut ( fingen morgens schon um 6:30 Uhr an). Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm. Sehr ruhig. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Berlin
Schlüssel Übergabe und Abgabe problemlos, Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage obwohl es beim Buchen als inklusive da stand, alles aber ohne Stress. Ideal zum übernachten für den Städtetrip, mehrere U-Bahn Stationen zu Fuß erreichbar, Italienisches und Französisches Restaurant 2 Häuser weiter, Edeka und Lidl in der Nähe, einzig Patkplätze sind Mangelware und müssen zumindest in der direkten Umgebung mit Parkschein bezahlt werden, die Parkapp zeigt zum Glück an wo die Kostenpflichtigen Zonen enden. War ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Berlin

Die Altbauwohnung hat eine fantastische Lage.
Nähe Zentrum und per Rad schnell im grünen. Leider war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber und in Höhe (Altbau) doch sehr staubig. Ansonsten aber alles da was man benötigt. Das Thema parken in der Großstadt ließ sich auch klären. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren im Umkreis von circa 500m genügend vorhanden. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung und toller Innenhof.

Jederzeit wieder! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung
Mein Aufenthalt hätte nicht angenehmer sein können. Familie Neuhof-Schöppler sind sehr entspannte Gastgeber. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat: Die Ruhe, die Lage und die Küche. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen, doch alles ist wirklich wunderbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, Anbindung an ÖPNV, Restaurants... Die Küche hat alles, was man zum kochen benötigt. Besonders angenehm war, dass auch der Vorratsschrank in der Küche schon mit zahlreichen Dingen bestückt war, also Essig+Öl, Gewürze, Pasta, Reis... man muss also nicht alles neu kaufen bzw. mitbringen. Ganz großes Plus! Ich wünsche meinen Gastgebern alles Gute und sollte ich in Zukunft wieder nach Berlin kommen, hoffe ich, dass ich diese Wohnung noch frei ist. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Eine erstaunlich ruhige Wohnlage trotz Zentrumsnähe. Eine sehr gute Pizzeria war nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfekte Unterkunft
Vielen Dank für den tollen Ablauf. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und stand für alle Fragen bereit. Sogar der Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Bezug für die Schlafcouch wurde umgehend erfüllt. Das Apartment ist in einer wirklich sehr schönen Lage, absolut sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt zum Wohl fühlen! Sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂

Schöner Aufenthalt
Netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wirklich zu empfehlen. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine (sicher, um die Bettwäsche zu waschen), vllt kann man sie auch als Mieter nutzen... Die Steckdosen in der Küche sollten mal wieder befestigt werden, so als kleiner Tipp. U-Bahn Station fusläufig gut ereichbar, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Parkplatzsituation allerdings ist weniger schön. Ab Samstag 14 Uhr bis Montag 9 Uhr erlaubt, ansonsten recht teure Pakscheine, da alles Anwohnerparkplätze. Wir können es ingesamt gern weiter empfehlen.
