****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Enjoy the cool breezes under the covered porch, grilling on the deck or try your hand at fishing in the back yard. You'll feel like you are on a lakefront property! This home is beautifully decorated and shows pride of ownership. You'll love the open floor plan while still having a second living area and loft to get away. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations and there is wi-fi for those of you who must "stay connected".

The community of Ocean Pines is conveniently located to Ocean City, Assateague Island, historic Berlin and Salisbury. It is the perfect location for families with sporting events in Salisbury, looking to enjoy the numerous local golf courses or wanting to be strategically located for all the area has to offer. The community has 5 swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, several lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, parks with playgrounds, boat launches and plenty of fishing. There are plenty of nearby activities for the family to enjoy, such as fantastic restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and a water park to name a few. For the adults, there is plenty of outlets for shopping and the Ocean Downs Casino is a short drive away. Don't forget to plan a night watching the harness races!

* Home has a private driveway that will fit 2 vehicles.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets are allowed.
* Ocean Pines community pools require a daily entry fee which is not included in the rental.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

family pods make the livin easy
This was a great choice for us. we had kayaks and made use of those off the dock a little tricky a ladder would be sooooo great. quiet. screened porch great for dinners. three separate seating areas make it easy to relax not all be on top of each other. ONLY SUGGESTION - STOCK THE KITCHEN! Not enough forks spoons big bowls for salads etc. quick trip to walmart is all. other wise, clean pretty, beautiful view Ill return if we decide to do Ocean Pines again

Great vacation home!
We had an amazing time. It was a very nice place and we had a nice relaxing week. My son was very upset that we had to leave and he told me I should buy the house. We may stay there again soon

80 degrees inside.
At around 2pm every day the house would begin an unstoppable spiral in temperature until it was 80 degrees inside by 9-10pm. The upstairs master bedroom was unbearably hot and even hotter than the rest of the house. It’s a shame because the house was very nice with a beautiful view.

Nice place. Deck boards and one sliding glass door needs maintenance but functional. Outdoor glass table in enclosed porch was very dirty. Disappointed that previous renters did not empty dishwasher, left dirty rags in washer, and outdoor garbage cans full of garbage. Put cans out for pickup but the garbage truck bypassed them. Luckily we didn’t have much garbage and we were able to fit into cans. Refrigerator was set on highest setting when we arrived and we didn’t realize the temperature until our produce in bottom drawer and eggs on shelf were frozen and had to be discarded.

Good but needs work
Pictures are overexposed. In reality not as bright. Would renovate/upgrade lighting, deck, and some of the furniture. Otherwise this subdivision is nicely located and has lots of amenities. House itself is probably average for this location.

The property is perfect for a family getaway. We fished and crabbed right off the pier almost everyday. The rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely return again and can’t wait to make more great memories there :)

Pretty place on water
We thoroughly enjoyed being on the water. The view from the large windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the back deck just taking in the peacefulness of it all. The home was well kept and the layout met our needs. We didn’t mind the 15 minute drive to the OC beach. We ended up getting some pool time at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. It was $10pp for the day. It was convenient to the beach for having an outdoor lunch and drinks. We would definitely like to visit again.

Beautiful home in perfect location
We were very pleased with this rental. The house is beautiful, well maintained, very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and conveniently located to so many things! We absolutely loved the screened in porch! It was very easy to communicate with both the owner and the property manager. Second time around
My 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter (all adults) returned to this house a second year for our girls' fun weekend. Like last year, found it to be all we expected. Very clean and accommodating. Despite chilly weather during our stay, we were able to relax and enjoy our long weekend, and even managed to purchase and enjoy crabs. There's no shortage of eating places and shopping, that's for sure. Had a great time and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Spot
I don’t think the pictures does this place justice. Everybody within our party was extremely amazed by how put together the house was. And they had crab pots on the side of the house we managed to catch a couple blue crabs. Great house, I would recommend this place to friends and family.

This beautiful home exuded charm. From the moment we stepped out onto the screened in porch to see the updated furniture and colorful pillows, we knew we found our own vacation hang out spot. We had a wonderful get away from the bustle of summer.

Nice and warm
I’ll keep it short. Pros: beautiful home with all the room a family of five could ask for and more. My sons and I had fun crabbing off of the deck to the rear of the house. My wife and I really enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch at night after the kids went to bed. The house was clean upon our arrival, and there were plenty of dishes and silverware, and cookware. The washer and dryer are a good size and worked great. Cons: the master bedroom is a sauna. The hottest it got during our stay was around 80. And with the owner’s instructions not too set the thermostat below 72 it definitely is not enough to cool off the upstairs. I’d recommend brining an extra fan or room AC unit Has to be a stand alone one since the room has no windows. We have stayed in Ocean Pines for a few years now on family vacations and the houses have come with a pass to the Beach Club and pool passes. I had to contact the rental agent to inquire about them, only to be told they have multiple houses and this is the only one that doesn’t include to passes (pool or beach club) I don’t recall that being mention on the ad which I guess it kind of my fault for assuming. But if it the only one you rent that doesn’t have it, a little mention would have been nice.
