Great place to stay in Berlin
Such a great place to stay! Very convenient access to the U-Bahn and great cafes and restaurants nearby. Christian is a wonderful and very responsive host!

Cozy and comfortable
This is a nice and comfortable place that fit our needs. Our Son and family live just around the corner and we like the Friedrickshaine area of Berlin. It met all of our needs for our own little apartment near our family.

Convenient place to stay
Very convenient to city centre and central station by u-bahn access. Cooking facilities can be improved by changing the microwave into baking oven. Other essential facilities are available and convenient.

Location, location, location
My daughter was abroad for school and I met her at the end of her studies. We spent a week here, using it as our launching point to tour. Easy connection to transportation, great restaurants a couple blocks away and a very quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect space to drop our bags, shower and sleep!

Perfect Flat and Safe Location
I visited with two daughters. Property is as described and we felt very safe in this area. Transportation systems just a quick walk away. Host was great, answered timely and allowed us to check in early due to flight changes. Flat was clean and comfortable. Happy to be able to cook a couple meals in. We all slept well on the beds and loved the little porch. Having a washing machine was a nice bonus! Looking forward to booking again!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain
This apartment is in a great location, close to public transport (trams, trains). It is also walking distance from supermarkets and many restaurants/cafes/bars, including Boxhagener Platz (15min walk) where there is a nice farmers market on Sundays. The apartment has a heater and very warm bedding. The bed was very comfortable too. There is a nice outdoor table and chairs in the courtyard and a kitchen/stove for cooking. Checkin was very straightforward and Christian was very helpful and quickly responsive to messages.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine schöne Woche in Berlin. Die Wohnung hat gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter, es gab gleich noch kulturelle Tipps. Toaster zum Brötchen aufbacken wurde als vermisst gemeldet und wird umgehend nachgeliefert. Heizung funktioniert prima, so dass auch ein Aufenthalt in der kälteren Jahreshälfte gut klappt.

Perfekt für eine Woche in Berlin
Wir waren eine Woche in Berlin mit den Rädern unterwegs und wollten erkunden, was mit ÖPNV oder Auto eher schwierig zu eŕeichen ist. Die Wohnung war hierfür ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. S-Bahn Warschauer Strasse 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt, von dort kommt man überall hin. Abends waren wir von der Wohnung aus immer zu Fuss unterwegs, da Restaurants und Kneipen sehr zahlreich in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind. Für zwei Personen ist die sehr offen gestaltete Wohnung super. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Strasse vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Bäcker für die Frühstücksbrötchen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr netter und gut erreichbarer Vermieter. Gerne wieder !

Weingläser???
Vorweg: wir haben die 5 Tage in Friedrichshain und dieser FeWo genossen. Sie liegt zentral, der Kiez ist super, der Bäcker gleich gegenüber. Aber: Es gibt ein Foto mit einem sehr schön gedeckten Tisch u.a. mit prima Weingläsern. Die waren leider nicht in der Wohnung, es gab nur rel. dickwandige Wassergläser in unterschiedlicher Grösse. Mit dem, was wir vor Ort gefunden haben, könnte man so einen schönen Tisch für 4 Personen und auch für 2 Personen nicht decken. Das war ein wenig enttäuschend und schade. Das Bild finden wir irreführend, es gaukelt etwas vor, was am Ende gar nicht da ist. Muss nicht sein! Die Bude hat Flair, die Betten auf der Empore sind optisch gut "versteckt" (häufig hat man ja die Betten im Wohnraum und guckt da ständig drauf). Da braucht es nicht so ein Fake Bild mit super edel gedecktem Tisch. Und noch eine Kleinigkeit: es gibt ein Bild mit dem Bett, dort ist eine Bettdecke abgebildet (king-size?). Vor Ort fanden wir dann zwei Bettdecken. Das hat uns persönlich gefreut, aber es gab halt diese Abweichung vom Foto. Da wir nämlich mit dem PKW in Berlin waren, haben wir uns aus Hamburg eine Bettdecke mitgebracht, weil wir mit nur einer Decke nicht klar gekommen wären. Auch hier plädieren wir für ein Foto, dass den tatsächlichen Sachverhalt darstellt.

Très chouette localisation (metro et tram à proximité). Séjour avec 2 enfants : espaces ok, équipements ok (divan-lit un peu dur); tranquillité top (un écureuil est même venu nous saluer). Christian reste disponible a et pu régler un petit problème d'internet. à recommander

Perfect little apartment!
We visited Berlin for a week and had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was comfortable, clean and cozy - and had everything we needed to make simple foods and relax when needed. The location was perfect, the building was quiet and the neighbourhood has everything you might need. Christian was always responsive as well. Thanks so much for the lovely stay! We hope to stay here again another time soon.

Super Apartment in guter Lage
Das Apartment hat der ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, großzügig und durch die zwei Ebenen auch was anders als andere Ferienwohnungen. Das kam bei uns allen gut an. Friedrichshain ist sicher nicht unbedingt was für Alle, aber für uns schon. Wir haben uns bewusst _dafür_ entschieden. Obwohl es quasi die Partygegend Berlins ist, war das Apartment selbst allerdings sehr ruhig. Man kann mit dieser Wohnung also das Ganze entspannt genießen.

Friedrichshain - who can complain?
We were visiting our daughter and her family and the location of this apartment was just a few blocks away, so the location was perfect for us. The apartment is comfortable and spacious with the 2nd level bedroom area. Nice to have spices and some basic kitchen supplies available. The weather was cold so we did not use the back patio but in good weather that would be nice. We loved the church bells from next door. Never figured out the coffee-maker and we did not know the refrigerator needed to be turned on. But overall this was a very nice place to stay for a week in a great area with restaurants, bars, and shops.
