The apartment
Step into a this modern ground-floor apartment, thoughtfully converted from a former office space (legally approved by the city of Berlin, so you can stay guilt-free without impacting local housing).
With two separate bedrooms, it’s perfect for those who value privacy and comfort:
* Master Bedroom: Features a cozy 160x200 bed with single duvets and ample wardrobe space, overlooking a tranquil courtyard.
* Second Bedroom: Offers another 160x200 boxspring bed with single duvets, a comfy couch, and a dresser—also courtyard-facing for a restful sleep.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a simple meal or enjoy a leisurely breakfast: a hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a table with four chairs. We’ve stocked it with essentials like tea, coffee, and salt to get you started. Note: There’s no range hood, so light cooking is recommended to avoid setting off the fire alarm.
The compact bathroom includes a shower, small sink, toilet, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
While there’s no TV, bring your laptop to unwind with your favorite shows after a day of sightseeing. Free Wifi is provided.

Free public parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. It can, however, take a little bit to find a free spot.
EASY ACCESS
The apartment is located on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible, without heavy doors in the way, or steps to climb.
CITY TAX
Since the 1st of January 2014 all private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid by bank transfer on top of the price you pay on airbnb..

MONITORING
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. Minut is privacy compliant.
DOCUMENTS
If you are a foreign national we need copies of the passports / IDs of every person who will be staying in the apartment. This is due to § 29 - Bundesmeldegesetz (BMG).
The documents and information are collected by us using a Pre-Check In tool from chargeautomation. In the course of the Pre-Check In you also have possibility to pay the City Tax.
