Hotel states it’s a 4 star but definitely not. Basic hotel . No tea/coffee facilities in room. 2 single beds pushed together in which moves apart all the time . 2 single duvets. Tv channels poor. Asked for double room at time of booking and then spoke to reception and all Rooms are the same single beds not even clipped together . Not what you want for couples weekend break away

Only irritation with all staff I asked was, how much this hotel charges for childrens breakfast. All with different answers... At the bill: its nearly the same for a 9 year old or an adult... And if I would moan about something at this hotel: breakfast is really very very basic. Nothing special at all

Hier war einfach nur alles schrecklich, schmutzig, ungepflegt, nicht funktionierende minibar und tv das kleinste Übel. Habe Fotos von den unhaltbaren Bedingungen gemacht, sind eine Nacht früher ausgecheckt, die Beschwerden beim Personal haben nichts gebracht, kein erstzuveröffentlichen wurde angeboten, wirklich unterirdisch. Buche wahrscheinlich nie wieder über Expedia

For 3. år i træk fungerede TV forbindelsen ikke. Ved booking udbad jeg mig værelse med fungerende TV og senere pr telefon, da jeg er 71 år og ikke går så meget ud sent om aftenen og gerne vil se TV. Rigtig dårligt at man reklamere med TV forbindelse på værelserne - og internationale kanaler: arabisk og koreansk ??? BANKBOKSEN havde ikke manual og bestyreren vidste ikke hvordan den virkede..Det står også på hjemmeside, at det er en facilitet.
