We got exactly what we thought we were getting and it was perfect for our family. The room was well equipped and staff responsive by phone when we had issues. We would happily stay again.

AVOID!!
Service was TERRIBLE. I arrived after a day of travel to find I could not get in, because I was supposed to have completed a registration form, which I never received, so I was left standing in front of a locked door, trying to reach customer service, who knows where, who then sent me a form, which I had to complete on my phone, where I could not even read what I was supposed to be agreeing to. Once I got inside, the apartment was much smaller and different than the photos that advertised the place. The beds were uncomfortable. I sent a message to try to get customer service, which went unanswered. I stayed for two weeks and when I requested housekeeping, I was told that was only available for a 50 Euro add on, each time a person came in. The elevator was deathly slow, the room was not well cleaned, most aspects of this place were a disappointment. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Meget nemt at selv checke indšŸ˜Š ok lejlighedšŸ˜Š lejligheden havde 2 TVs. Der var en fjernbetjening til det ene TV, men betjeningen virkede ikke helt. Det andet TV havde ikke en betjening. Skrev til service, som svarede, at de vil komme forbi med fjernbetjeningen dagen efter. Men der kom ingen. SvƦrt at justere varmt vand i bruseren. Enten var det meget varmt eller koldt.
