The 3,200 square meter courtyard/garden property borders directly on the Döberitzer Heide and therefore offers you a very good starting point for hiking and cycling, as there is a 3 km long circular route through the nature reserve. With a stop just 800 m from the property, you can be in the center of Berlin in 20 minutes by public transport. In the Döberitzer Heide nature reserve, only about 3 km away, created by the Heinz Sielmann Foundation, 60 km of riding, cycling and hiking trails offer pure relaxation for everyone.
