TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Upon my arrival at the reception I was informed that the hotel doesn't accept credit cards on special rates. I double checked the entire description on Expedia and it clearly said all cards are accepted. No matter of what was written, the reception, represented by the owner, turned me away for not wanting to pay cash. Needless to say, in the center of Berlin this is non-sense. Expedia agreed to re-imburse me for the trip but for any self-respecting person that doesn't want hasstle and bad service upon arrival and I would not recoomend this hotel. There are plenty of options around for a similar price and much better quality. i.e. I ended up staying at the Savoy, which offered me all I needed and wonderful service only for 10Euro extra per night.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed on. The guy on the reception was rude, really bad customer service skill. The hotel do not accept card so you have to go out and get cash.

Comfortable and central
The price/value was good. I was looking for a central Hotel with clean rooms, and Amaryl City-Hotel delivered. There are some great local restaurants and an Edeka just around the corner, which is excellent when you return in evenings after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was included, and the variety of food was good. When I stayed there the hotel was completely booked out, which is a good sign.

CItynah gelegenes Hotel zum Kurfürstendamm/Berlin
Hotel wurde nur für eine Übernachtung wegen Musicalbesuch gebucht.Ruhige Einzelzimmer und für den Bedarf gut ausgstattete Zimmer, wobei die Holzfußböden immer etwas knirschen.Altbau mit Innenhof. Frühstück einfach aber reichlich.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen
Bei Ankunft musste ich die drei Übernachtungen bar bezahlen. Alter dreckiger Teppich im ganzen Haus. Die Tür vom Aufzug hat immer riesen Geräusch gegeben beim auf- und zu machen. Zimmer sehr klein, zum Teil auch sehr kalt. Das Frühstück hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Das einzige gute ist vielleicht die Lage. Ich würde im diesem Hotel nicht nochmal übernachten, tut mir Leid.

altes Hotel-Haus in guter Lage
Benötigten eigentlich nur ein Hotel zum schlafen. Das Zimmer hatte eine normale Größe, die Betten waren jetzt nicht durch gelegen oder ähnliches. Das am Zimmer angeschlossene Bad war groß. Das Frühstück war normal und es gab alles, was man zur Stärkung am morgen brauchte! (jeder der sich hier beschwert, hatte noch nie ein kontinentales Frühstück in Amerika). Für abends waren direkt in der Nähe Restaurants oder für den kleinen Geldbeutel Imbissbuden (Döner, Pizza, Pommes) ein Kaisers war auch um die Ecke. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war freundlich und gab genug Auskünfte. Parkplätze auf der Straße standen für 7€ pro Tag zur Verfügung. Leider war es alles ein bisschen hellhörig, durch das Doppelfenster drang von draußen nichts herein.

Hur och vart fick ni tag på detta hotell !
Hotellet i det stora va väl godkänt men inte mer än det! för det första så tog inte hotellet kort vilket menas att fick löpa till en bankomat för att ta ut pengar för rummen. För det andra så kostade wifi nästa 50 sek och hade en mycket kass lina, vilket lede till att fick ta sin egna telefon för att få nån normal överföring som helst! För det tredje var frukosten som skulle vara grädde på moset en stor besvikelse. Frukosten var nära en skämt, 2 sortert mackor, lite fil och nått ägg men givetvis så blev man mätt. För det fjärde så köpte vi var sin öl i baren som hade gått ut två månader sen och frågade om en ny vilket fick till svar: Det smakar samma och det är ingen fara. Fick man lägga minus så skulle vi göra det, men vi skulle inte rekomendera detta såkallade hotell för någon.

Die Lage ist ruhig und zu Fuß sind Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Komfort und Extras bietet das Hotel nicht. Ideal für Gäste, die hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Hotel sind.
