Profit driven and aggressive
The people running this operation see guests as a drain on their profits. The property is adequate although they cut every corner possible which includes the generous gift of one roll of toilet paper, shutting off the hot water in the bath due to ‘delinquent guests’, and the television having no signal, when I asked about the last two things I was shamed for being difficult. The wifi is weak and constantly drops so if you need to work bring a hotspot.
The Owners: Communication was not only unprofessional but aggressive. After not reading my stated check in time he was angry with me for having his staff wait for us to sign house rules which we’re already agreed to within the app. Owner insisted on a phone call for check in instructions and refused to give written communication, knowing my phone was not able to make calls. There are hidden fees for ‘extra guests’ I had 4 people total and was charged an extra $230 on top of the nightly rate which was not stated in the advertising. The owner claimed to know nothing about the process and I now have an open case with VRBO for reimbursement.
Read his tone in response to any reviews that mentions these thing and notice how he blames the guests for not communicating. They do not respond to their guests needs they make excuses until you leave. Find another option!
