"A beautiful, quiet and charming guest room in the loveliest of setting. Not far from Albi about 1.5km from the main road, down a rural side road, Hameau de Taur is a wonderful place to stay. Even though communication was difficult because our French is not good and our hostess had no English we had a most pleasant stay. Breakfast was included and was easily the best breakfast we have had in France, crepes, coffee, juice and apple tart. Highly recommend you stay here if you are passing through...

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

"Beautiful homely hotel. Bedroom very quiet and clean. Tranquil and pretty surroundings with good places to walk. Owners very welcoming and friendly. "Our first sight of the property was a sheer delight and the rest of the house did not disappoint. The pool is fantastic and the removable cover enables use of the pool on days when the weather is less than perfect. There is plenty of space with more than adequate dining areas, both inside and out. The mini-bar with "biere pression" was a great hit with the big kids!
