"Quirky hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and attentive staff. Basic room, but clean and safe with a nice, hot shower. Breakfast was fine (tea/coffee, orange juice, croissant, baguette, jam and cheese). Would happily stay again. "

"The room was excellent, spacious, clean and amenities were adequate. The hotel is centrally located, near to many shopping area and Christmas markets. The bar prices are very expensive but the staff is helpful and courteous . Would definitely stay again. "

"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best burgers I've had and pheasant breast and the beef stew thingy was yum. Will go back if I can again. Great experience"

"Great location within walking distance of the town centre. 7 mins from Brussels Nord station. Hotel is a little dated but everything is very good. Very good value for money!!!"

"Great property and helpful staff! we loved our "roomy bath"! We had a great view and the deep round bath is wonderful. The only problem is there is no table or shelf next to the the tub so there is nowhere to set any shampoo or soap ...or perhaps a drink. Another issue is there is no wardrobe. he bed was excellent. Regarding the breakfast - the selection is very limited and unless you like the Peruvian style offering it's disappointing. There are no cereals or plain yogurt for example and other than a flavored yogurt, some sort of muesli mix, a fruit salad and croissants there is nothing unless you order the a la carte selection which is very limited. A comprehensive buffet style breakfast would be a welcome addition."
