"Nice sized space. Definitely a work in progress in the repairs and upgrades to the house itself. Fridge was clean, spaces were clean, the bed was comfy and we liked having that TV for background noise while we were there. The kids at the park were a little noisy and the walls weren't very sound proof from the outside world. Overall, very enjoyable stay. "

"I came to Michigan to visit a cousin for about nine days. The accommodations were perfect much better than a motel, beautiful view of the lake. Perfect for getting up in the morning having breakfast to start off our day watching the ducks and the otter play in the water. The accommodations could not have been any better for my husband and I."

"Christine’s place was perfect for our weekend stay. We were able to easily uber to downtown Detroit and were super close to great shops and restaurants in ferndale. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and the fenced in backyard space is a big bonus. Parking is a little tricky due to the layout of the streets in the neighborhood but we figured it out pretty quickly. The house itself is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"I stayed here while traveling for work. It was a nice home and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the pillows on the bed in the room with the TV were too hard. I borrowed one from one of the other bedrooms and that was perfect. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "
