"We had previously written Memmingen off as a purely transit town - handy for the nearby airport and nothing else. This was based on the less-than-inspiring train station and it’s immediate vicinity. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning.
