"The hotel is nice and the bar/restaurant area is good. However, I was charged for parking at the hotel which seemed somewhat excessive considering I was staying there. I can understand charging for parking in a busy city environment, but the hotel is not in a city and is also quite a long way from the ski slopes. Charging for parking was a bit of a shock."

Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. "I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...
