"I’ve stayed at a few VRBO’s in Boerne. This was the best. The owners were communicative and even allowed us to extend our stay. It’s perfect for 3-4 people (non-couples). 5-6 with couples. I thought it was a house when I booked it and it turned out to be a super nice townhouse. We even got to know the neighbors. Highly recommend. "

"This property is a great place for a stay location. It is clean and a good quiet place to stay, It needs a bit of work however. Door to laundry hits floor. The floor in bathroom is popped up. Minor stuff to keep it from being considered luxury or above average. With a little work it could easily bounce to top 10% but it needs love. "

"We stayed at the Oak loft during Christmas break and it was wonderful. The pictures shown of the house on VRBO are accurate. The owners keep up with the maintenance and it is super clean. The owners are also very helpful and respond quickly if we had any questions. We paid for the heated pool/hot tub since it is winter, and it was absolutely wonderful. We swam everyday, a couple times a day, and it was just the right temperature. The highlights include fresh baked warm cookies, amazing smelling...
